Broken Keys

It always happens at the worst possible moment.  You go to turn the key and 'Snap' half the key breaks off.  If this happens and part of the key is still stuck in the lock it is best to give us a call straight away as trying to insert another key into the lock will just push the broken piece further into the lock and make it more difficult to remove.

Another common problem is getting certain keys wet.  If you get an electronic key wet then it may stop working and not let you start the car.  Usually replacing the key is the only option when this happens.
